Your OneNUMBA is your Phone Number, the NUMBA to REMEMBA. It can be used to pay for different services.

This can be done in three (3) minutes. Easy as you like.

Payment via OneNUMBA is unbelievably easy. We know how annoying it is keeping track of different service IDs, so we won’t ask you for those to make payments; neat, right?! What’s more? You get rewarded for paying your bills on OneNUMBA.

You will get a welcome message and also have airtime set up for you as your default service. This means we have auto-linked your phone number for airtime payments, while you get to link other services.

A default service is your primary service on OneNUMBA. When a default service is set and a payment is made to your OneNUMBA, service delivery for the default service will happen immediately.

Airtime is your default service only when you first register on OneNUMBA because it is your only linked service. Once you link at least one more service, you will no longer have a default service until you set one yourself.

To set your default service, simply select ‘default service’ when you chat up ZEN and follow the prompt or select ‘default service’ when you log in on the website. There, you will be able to set and unset/remove a default service.

To link services, chat with ZEN on WhatsApp 0909 444 4344 and select ‘link a service’. Alternatively, you can link a service by visiting www.onenumba.ng and logging in.

You certainly can. Since your phone number is your OneNUMBA, if you have more than one phone number, simply register on your other phone number(s).

The Universal Utility Account is an alternate way to make payments on OneNUMBA. These are unique account numbers that are fixed to specific services to make your payments even faster.

To pay using the Universal Utility Account, make a transfer to the account number for the service you wish to pay for e.g. to pay for electricity, make a transfer to 2222222222. Immediately the transfer is done, you receive service without taking another step! Pretty sweet, we know.

You need to add/link your NUBAN because this helps us recognize that you are the one who has made a particular payment using the Universal Utility Account. This is how we are able to deliver service to you once you make a payment to the Universal Utility Wallet.

The payment is simply a security measure and is necessary to ensure you alone can link your NUBAN to a OneNUMBA. This process is called ‘NUBAN Validation’

The money is moved to your OneNUMBA and can be used to make payment for any service you decide to purchase
